Orders for items we have in stock at our shop are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed. If your order contains items which are stored in our another warehouse will be shipped within 3 - 7 business days after the order is placed.( It is subject to change due to circumstances.Sometimes it will take longer. )
Please note that we share inventory with our sister stores.Items which are stored in our another warehouse will be shipped after they arrive at our shop.
Occasionally, items may be in stock when you place your order, but sold out when your order processes.If items on your order are out of stock, we will ship the items on your order that are currently in stock. In that case, will send you an out of stock notification mail."

■Shipping cost calculation■
●The shipping charge is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your package, and the customer's location.If your package is big or heavy, additional shipping charge will be added. In that case, we will send you a notification mail.
◎ DHL Remote Are Surcharge
DHL applies a surcharge per shipment when the delivery destination location is remote. Remote is defined as distant islands and highlands, a postal code, suburb or town that is difficult, inaccessible or infrequently served.
◎ DHL Oversize Surcharge

Fedex delivery charges vary according to destination, weight and size.
So it's difficult to list like DHL's shipping charges.

When sending 5 bass lures (approximately 250g) from Japan to the following address.
[Country of destination]: West coast of the United States (California, etc.)
・Basic fee: about 2,360JPY
・High season surcharge: about 110JPY
・Fuel surcharge: (varies weekly) about 605JPY
Total shipping fee about 3,075JPY

The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight after packaging and your location.
・Up to 30kg in weight.
・Up to 1.5m in length (Figure A), with a total of length (Figure A) + girth (Figure B) up to 3m.

■Shipping cost calculation■
ePacket is a service that allows you to send small parcels up to 2 kg cheaply overseas.
It has the advantage of being able to deliver packages to various countries and regions around the world more speedily and at a reasonable price than EMS.

※If the package size is less than 150 cm, it can be delivered at a reasonable price by EMS.

Delivery Date
*Your order will be shipped within 2～3 business days after receipt of order.Weekends and National holidays will extend shipping time.
*Sometimes customs procedure will extend shipping time.
*You are to bear the import duty, taxes and all other local expenses at the destination.
