★Proposal of mountain stream twitching minnow Balsarapid was released in 1995 and swept the mountain stream trout game with its overwhelming performance. There are few mountain stream lures that invite reaction bites with rod action instead of retrieving with reels, and it was novel.
It is not a heavy lure, but a featherweight sinking minnow style that lightly fishes near the surface.
While going backwards, twitch and drift with approaches from up and up crosses to appeal to the threaded trout.
The RP-45S this time has been reproduced as a plastic lure while maintaining the concept of the time.
