The base and cleat are separate, and you can easily remove the cleat by unlocking it.
The shaft part (mounting part) of the cleat has a resin nut (knob) to reduce rattling when it is mounted on the base.
* Screws for attaching to boat bulwarks, etc. are not included. Please prepare according to the mounting target.
