Made of 5mm thick chloroprene and placed over the top of bundled rods to prevent damage to the rod tip, guide, and ball mouth.
With Velcro for holding to reduce slack in the main body.
Eliminates the looseness of the top and allows for a firm hold.
"Split Velcro" that wraps tightly around the rod.
The Velcro on the back is divided into two parts so that it can be firmly fixed.
