★The "Yagoimo" is a potato-type bait that evolved from the 2.5-inch G-Tail Saturn with a tail cut and reversed attachment set.
While thicker potato-type lures like grubs didn't get much of a reaction, the slim and ribbed body was derived from the experience that bites continued on the slender shape.
The deep ribs, designed with wide spacing, grip the water during action, generating subtle vibrations.
In addition, the body bends easily during hooking, resulting in a high hooking rate.
Slow fishing with Carolina rigs or split shots is most effective, but it is also effective for reaction fishing with heavier down shots.
