The Aventa RS Chiquita is a technical feather lure made of natural cedar wood, the smallest in its class, that inherits the dead-slow performance of the ultimate dead-slow feather lure, the Aventa RS, without any compromise, and is also capable of medium to high-speed winding.

 

The Aventa RS Chiquita is a small lure that is less than 5cm in size, but by using cedar wood, it achieves performance that is comparable to the paulownia wood that is synonymous with the Aventa RS. Cedar wood is a natural material unique to Japan that has high buoyancy (light specific gravity) comparable to paulownia wood, but is also used in classic crankbaits that have made their mark in American history, with high durability, water resistance, and strength that are used as flooring materials in Japanese buildings. During the development of the Chiquita, its size is overwhelmingly smaller than the Aventa RS, with a body at the level of a small cicada, so the same paulownia wood did not grip the water well, and at the same time, it lacked the strength to maintain the feathers and eyetons. After carefully examining and carefully selecting various natural woods, we decided to use cedar wood, as it has the right balance of water resistance, texture, and strength to withstand resistance.
